From a one parent family and social housing to Cambridge University, my life has been a journey fraught with highs and lows. Qualifying as a teacher in 1997 my passion was clear; to help and support all students in my care without prejudice, outside influence or judgement. I am passionate about raising strong, independent, morally conscious young adults in a world where they can be anything they want to be. Having been in teaching and pastoral care for the last 24 years there is not much I haven't seen or dealt with when it comes to young adults. As well as having a Bachelors degree, teaching certificate and two Masters, I have qualified as a counsellor and life coach to best serve the teenagers in my care.
